Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
By using FrameBase, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Purpose
FrameBase is a project structure generator designed to help users create folder structures and project organization workflows.
FrameBase does not copy, move, edit, upload, analyze, or manage media files.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing generated folder structures before using them in actual projects.
Users are also responsible for maintaining backups of their own project data.
No Warranty
FrameBase is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
The developer does not guarantee that FrameBase will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every workflow, or compatible with all future versions of macOS or third-party software.
Limitation of Liability
The developer is not responsible for any loss, damage, workflow interruption, or project issue resulting from the use of FrameBase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of project data
- Incorrect folder structures
- Workflow delays
- Compatibility issues with third-party applications
- User operation errors
Third-Party Services
FrameBase may interact with Apple platform services such as AirDrop, iCloud Drive, and the App Store.
Use of these services is governed by Apple's own terms and policies.
Purchases
FrameBase is available as a free download. The free version lets you set up a project, preview its folder structure, and generate or share it in full — no payment is required to use these core features.
Additional features (multiple cameras and audio recorders, Premiere Bins, optional media and project app folders, custom folders and bins, and Presets) are available through FrameBase Pro, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. FrameBase Pro is not a subscription: you pay once and Pro features remain unlocked for as long as you use the app, on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.
Prices are set by App Store Connect and displayed in your local currency and language at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's own policies.
If you previously purchased FrameBase, you can restore your Pro purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app, provided you're signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Changes
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.
Updated versions will be published through the official FrameBase website.
